Expirables

At BayCare Hospital entities, Medical Staff Bylaws govern and require practitioners to maintain current expirables at all times. Failure to retain current licenses to practice or malpractice insurance will result in suspension of privileges at any BayCare entity until renewal is confirmed and verified by the CVO.

The BayCare CVO monitors expiration dates and reports all expiring licenses and/or certificates to the hospital-specific Medical Staff Offices. All providers on staff at a BayCare entity must provide documentation with renewed credentials and/or certificates of insurance PRIOR to expiration.
